This narrative review is organized around the primary symptoms of obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) including physical and cognitive effectiveness behavior therapy (CBT) in reducing these youth with an OCD diagnosis. These are followed by sections on comorbidities anxiety depression, effective delivery CBT via both internet in-person, greater versus pharmacotherapy, use alternative therapies negative effects COVID-19 CBT.
